Download campaign reports
The Reports page gathers ready-made exports of your voters, volunteers, outreach and turnout in one place. Pick the report that answers your question, download it, and work with the data in Excel or your own tools.
Where to find it
In the Admin Portal, open Reports from the menu. Reports are grouped into sections, and each card shows the report’s name, a short description and a download icon. A banner at the top of the page shows any reports still being prepared for download.
Download a report
- Open Reports and find the section you need.
- Click the download icon on the report card.
- Larger reports can take a moment to prepare. Watch the banner at the top of the page until the file is ready.
Many voter reports include your custom fields (the report descriptions call them “dynamic parameters”), so information such as vote plan or mail ballot status comes along with each voter.

All reports
Voters
| Voters | All voters in the system, including custom fields. |

Duplicate phone numbers
| Exact Match | Voters who share exactly the same phone number. |

Shared numbers often mean a household landline, or a data-entry error. Review them before texting, so volunteers don’t message the wrong person.

These reports are only as current as your vote data. Upload the latest turnout files first. See Election Day mode.
General

Reports contain personal information. Downloaded files can include names, phone numbers, addresses and voting history. Share them only with people who need them, store them securely, and delete copies you no longer need when the campaign ends.
Need a custom list instead?
Reports are fixed exports. For a list built around your own criteria, such as likely supporters in one county who requested a mail ballot, use Advanced Search and download the results. Save the search to track it on a custom dashboard graph.
Common questions
Why is my report taking a while?
Reports covering your whole voter file can be large. Larger reports are prepared in the background; the banner at the top of the Reports page shows what’s still pending.
Do Phone Campaign calls count in the relational outreach report?
No. Relational Outreach By Volunteers covers personal outreach through the app and excludes phone-bank activity. Use the Callers reports for Phone Campaigns.
Why does the Not Yet Voted report include people I know have voted?
The report reflects the vote data in UpVote. Upload your latest turnout file in the Upload Center, then download the report again.
