• Opt-Out Instructions: If individual users wish to opt-out of receiving SMS notifications, they must contact their organization’s administrator who manages these settings. UpVote does not control SMS communication preferences directly, as these are administered at the organizational level. Users seeking changes to their SMS notification settings should approach their designated manager within their organization.
