To open a new campaign in UpVote, there are two simple steps:
1. Send your voter file
Use the voter file template attached to this lesson to format your data and save the file as CSV or Excel. Tap the ‘Exercise Files’ tab to download the template.

2. Designate your Admins
Email your UpVote representative the full names of up to two Admins, along with the email addresses they will use to receive two factor authentication codes. Larger campaigns may opt-in to adding additional admins, however most small and medium sized-campaigns are well served with two.
Please include each Admin’s phone number so your representative can set up your VIP Support WhatsApp group. This group gives you direct access to a dedicated UpVote campaign expert and an UpVote technical developer for the full duration of your campaign.
Send items one and two to [email protected] so UpVote can begin the process of opening your account. The UpVote team will create your campaign account, upload the voter file, and set up Admin usernames and passwords.
