From my experience, a quality hierarchy is what usually makes the difference.

Here are the principles I suggest you operate by:


1. Recruit a number of top individuals who will function as managers. The required number of these leaders to properly manage the election preparations varies from city to city, but it is essential to have at least 8 managers in order to create a quality pyramid.

2. Provide managers with quality training and ensure that they fully understand how they can add recruiters to the system. Note: These users are crucial to the campaign, so it’s important to ensure they can operate the system effectively.

3. Ensure that managers keep updated by the app on the activists under their supervision, follow up with users who have yet to recruit supporters, and are able to explain how to use the app.

4. Monitor the progress of these managers at the system administrator level, praise those who succeed in motivating more people, and push those who do not.
